Training Course

The training course for multipliers will focus
on five important areas:

1) Geography and lifestyles in different
countries

2) Structures of youth work in Germany and other countries (visit of several NGOS
and institutions)

3) Comparison of international youth work concepts

4) Methods of intercultural work

5) Conflict Management

Main objectives:
- Training and qualification in the field of international youth work
- development of common working
standards
- Intercultural and Social Learning
Promote
- Awareness of similarities and
differences
- Reflect on own and others’ ways of working
- Raising awareness of existing prejudices and dealing with in youth groups
- Presenting educational core competencies
AND lots of fun!

The food and accommodation will be provided and paid by the organizers. The participation fee is 85,Euros! We have some scholarships available.
