E-factor – Sweden

Our main objective is to improve participants competence in guiding and supporting youngsters in increasing their E-factor. “E” stands for Education and for Employability.

Together we will explore answers to the question: how can Non Formal Education (NFE) and youth workers actually contribute to the development of employability strategies?

EVS inclusion- Norway

The participants are expected to have experience in working with the target group and preferably a basic knowledge of the programme. They should be motivated to coordinate sending and host projects in their country. They should also have knowledge of the legal basis related to volunteering of the unemployed in their countries, as this may be a barrier to EVS particpation because of loss of status, social security and benefits. The focus will be on developing quality projects based on quality partnerships. The partners should be willing to also use other actions of the programme to strengthen their partnerships.

Connecting Generations -Poland

Participation fee: Participants from GER, FRA, BEL, NED, SLO and old EU-member states -> 100,00 € Participants from POL and new EU-member states -> 60,00 € The participation fee covers full board and accomodation in double or single rooms (extra fee) in the International Youth Meeting Centre, a two-day programme of keynote speeches, panel discussions, method inputs and workshops, as well as workshop materials. Travel costs: The travel costs can be fully reimbursed up to a maximum of 150,00 € per person. The money will be reimbursed after the conference on the basis of the original tickets which have to be handed in. Please direct your connections towards Wrocław / Breslau, we will organize the further transport to Krzyzowa with a shuttle bus.

The European conference brings together people from international youth work, adult education and senior citizen work sectors, from all over Europe. The aim is to work on possibilities of intergenerational learning within international youth work.
